Modifying users’ Web settings
The Web settings page lets you to change the Web access settings for the mail service.
To modify the Web settings:

Click the Web tab Select or clear the MS Settings check box to provision or de-provision mail service for the user.

Message List Size—The number of items to show in the message list. The default is 10.
Maximum Attachments—The maximum number of attachments on a message. The default is 4.
Message Format—Select as required.
Forward—If set, the original message will be forwarded as an attachment, instead of being included in the forwarded message.
Reply—If set, the original message text is included in line in a reply, instead of being indented.
Auto-Save—If set, this automatically saves messages that have not been sent as draft.
vCard—If set, this automatically attaches the user’s electronic business card (vCard) to messages.
Delete Semantics—This determines what happens when a user deletes a message or messages and what happens when a user moves a message. Select the required option from the list.
Sent Items—This defines whether to delete, save, or copy a message after it has been sent by the user. Select the required option from the list.
Save Drafts Interval (min)— The interval (in minutes) between saving a draft of a message while it is being composed.
Timeout (secs)—The time-out (in seconds) for assuming that the mail server will not respond to a request.
