Modifying users’ Web settings
1) Click the MS tab.
2) Click the Web tab Select or clear the MS Settings check box to provision or de-provision mail service for the user.
• Message List Size—The number of items to show in the message list. The default is 10.
• Maximum Attachments—The maximum number of attachments on a message. The default is 4.
• Message Format—Select as required.
• Forward—If set, the original message will be forwarded as an attachment, instead of being included in the forwarded message.
• Reply—If set, the original message text is included in line in a reply, instead of being indented.
• Auto-Save—If set, this automatically saves messages that have not been sent as draft.
• vCard—If set, this automatically attaches the user’s electronic business card (vCard) to messages.
• Delete Semantics—This determines what happens when a user deletes a message or messages and what happens when a user moves a message. Select the required option from the list.
• Sent Items—This defines whether to delete, save, or copy a message after it has been sent by the user. Select the required option from the list.
• Save Drafts Interval (min)— The interval (in minutes) between saving a draft of a message while it is being composed.
• Timeout (secs)—The time-out (in seconds) for assuming that the mail server will not respond to a request.
4) Click Save Changes.
