Modifying users’ MS settings
To modify users’ MS settings:
1)
Another set of tabbed pages opens, with the Mailbox page selected by default. You cannot modify the host and path settings. These settings were set when you added the user.
2)
Select or clear the MS Settings check box to provision or de-provision this service for the user.
3)
Click Add to enter the email address of a new alias.
Select an existing alias and click Edit to change the alias.
Select an existing alias and click Remove to erase the alias from the list.

Mailbox Quota (KB)—The increased disk quota (in KB) above the default disk quota set for the domain. If this option is set to unlimited (= 0) at the domain level, then the values entered in this field are not saved because they are overridden by the domain's unlimited setting. if you set this option to 0, the quota setting is inherited from the domain.
Quota Warning (%)—The percentage threshold of the user’s total disk quota for triggering a disk quota warning. If set to zero, there is no warning threshold. This overrides the default set at domain level.
Max Message Size—The maximum size of messages (in bytes) that can be delivered to or from the user.
Max Message Age (days)—The number of days after which mail deliveries are deleted from the user’s mailbox. If set to zero, there is no maximum age restriction. This overrides the default setting for the domain.

Access Log—Enables message store logging for users.
Enable MS Webmail—Enables HTTP mail access.
Enable spam filter on incoming mail—Refuses suspected spam messages. Available only if Brightmail or Sophos support is enabled.
File incoming spam in the gray mail folder—Available only if Brightmail or Sophos support is enabled.
Tag spam with X-header—Tags suspected spam messages with a configurable X-header, as set by the SpamTagHeader setting in MS Available only if Brightmail or Sophos support is enabled.
Enable spam filter on outgoing mail—Checks sent messages for spam. Available only if Brightmail or Sophos support is enabled.
Virus scan incoming mail—Removes suspected viruses from messages. Available only if Brightmail or Sophos support is enabled.
Virus scan outgoing mail—Available only if Brightmail or Sophos support is enabled.
Restrict sending to recipients in this domain—Restricts users to sending messages only to recipients in the same domain.
Restrict sending to recipients on this server—Restricts users to sending messages only to recipients in domains hosted by the local server (including distributed domains).

Click Save Changes.
