Modifying users’ Account settings
1) Click the MS tab.
2) Click the Account tab.
3) Select or clear the MS Settings check box to provision or de-provision mail service for the user.
• From Address—The user’s name as shown in outgoing messages.
• Reply Address—The address shown for replies in outgoing messages.
• Sent Folder Path—The path to the folder where outgoing messages are saved.
• Draft Folder Path—The path to the folder where draft messages are saved.
• Trash Folder Path—The path to the folder where deleted messages are stored.
5) Click Save Changes.
