Modifying users’ MS plug-in settings
Note Domain Content Administrators do not have permissions to change Mail plugin option settings at the user level.
To modify plug-in settings:

In the Brightmail plug-in options section, set the Brightmail service options as required:

To turn a service on or off for users, set the Activate option to On or Off. If a user interface (not supplied) has been implemented for users to activate the service themselves, the setting for this service option is the default user setting.

In the Personal Address Book Allow List section, set the options as required:
a)
To make the feature available, set the Enable allow list option to On.

To turn the allow list feature on or off for users, set the Activate allow list option to On or Off. If a user interface (not supplied) has been implemented for users to activate the service themselves, the setting for this feature is the default user setting.

To reject messages from unknown senders, set Reject messages from unknown senders to On.
d)
To append text to the subject field of messages from unknown senders, set Tag subject in messages from unknown senders to On.

To send messages from unknown senders to the graymail folder, set File messages from unknown senders to graymail folder to On.
