Note Domain Content Administrators do not have permissions to change Mail plugin option settings at the user level.
3) In the Brightmail plug-in options section, set the Brightmail service options as required:

e) To send messages from unknown senders to the graymail folder, set File messages from unknown senders to graymail folder to On.

5) Click Save Changes.
