Modifying users’ IFS settings
1) Select or clear the IFS Settings check box to provision or de-provision this service for the user.Note All settings provided here override the settings in the class of service even if you leave the field blank.
• Class—The class of service to which this user belongs.
• IFS Expiration—The date when access to the IFS server expires.
• Default Shared Valid Period—Sets the default length of time the shared users have access to the resource.
• Minimum Shared Valid Period—Sets the minimum length of time the shared users have access to the resource.
• Maximum Shared Valid Period— Sets the maximum length of time the shared users have access to the resource.
• Quota Enabled—Enables a quota limit for the user.
• Add Quota—Add additional quota for this user above what is set in the base quota for the domain.
• Allowed Quota—Indicates the total quota given to the user. The total here is calculated by adding the base quota and the add quota options.
• Notifications—Specifies which notification types to enable for the specified user.
• Clear Notification—Specifies which notifications to set to the default position defined by the domain settings.
3) Click Save Changes.
