Modifying users White Pages settings

The White Pages page contains all the settings for recording the user’s contact information. This information will be available through your company white pages.

To modify the Profile settings:

1)	Click the White Pages tab.

2)	Another set of tabbed pages opens, with the Profile page selected by default. On the Profile page, add or modify the profile information for the user.

3)	To add a photograph or audio file click on the appropriate Add button. This opens a separate window for adding the file. See Adding a file.

4)	Click Save Changes.
