Modifying users’ Security settings

You can assign or change the administrative rights for a user in the Security tab of the user screen. For more information on administrative rights, see Creating administrative users.

Note The Security page is available only if the domain has administrative access enabled. For more information on enabling security for a domain, see .

To modify the Security user settings:

1)	Click the Security tab.

2)	In the Admin Rights section do one of the following:

•	To give the user full provisioning rights, including domain administration, check AC and FS Administrator

•	To give the user provisioning rights without domain administration, check AC and FS Content Administrator. Note that when you chose this option, the AC and FS Administrator option is checked atuomatically as well.

•	To give the user systems management rights, check FS Systems Management.

3)	To give the user access to all domains:

a)	In the Domain Access List section, click Add.

b)	Enter an asterisk (*) as a domain name and then click OK.

c)	Click Save changes.

4)	To give the user access to one or more specific domains:

a)	In the Domain Access List section, click Add.

b)	Enter a domain name in the field and click OK.

c)	Click Save changes.

5)	To edit a domain name:

a)	In the Domain Access List, select a domain and click Edit.

b)	Enter the new domain name and click OK.

6)	To delete a domain name, select the domain in the Domain Access List, and click Delete.

7)	When you have completed all changes, click Save Changes.
