Renaming a user You can use the rename feature to rename a user at any time. After you save your changes, AC sends the changes to FS for provisioning. Note User rename is not supported by IFS. To rename a user: 1) Under the domain in which you want to rename the user, click Users. 2) Use the Display Users option or the Search for Users option to view the list of users. 3) Select the check box for the user you want to rename. 4) Click Rename. 5) Enter the new user name. 6) Click Save.
