Adding members using the Search window
The Search window lets you search your existing lists of users, mailing lists, or remote entries on the current domain, so you can add members to a mailing list.
To add members to the list:

In the Display section, select the letter by which the name of the user, mailing list, or remote entry begins and click Go.
In the Search for section, enter the user name or partial name and click Search. You can use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard. For example “Smi*” returns all entries starting with “Smi”, such as “Smiley” or “Smith”. Putting an asterisk at the beginning of the substring lets you search for names ending with the search string. Putting an asterisk at both ends lets you search for entries containing the string.Use either the display feature or the Search feature to view the list. If you leave the field blank, all users appear.

Note You can remove a name from the list by highlighting it and clicking Remove.

When you have selected the entries you want to add, click OK.The window closes and the selected names are added to the list of members.

Click OK when you want to save the mailing list.
