Searching a list
When viewing a domain’s list of users, mailing lists, or remote entries, you can search for an identifier or for entries containing a particular string. The same search facility is also available when you are viewing a list of defined classes of service.
To search for an entry:
You can use the asterisk (*) as a wildcard. For example “Smi*” returns all entries starting with “Smi”, such as “Smiley” or “Smith”. Putting an asterisk at the beginning of the substring lets you search for names ending with the search string. Putting an asterisk at both ends lets you search for entries containing the string.
Note An empty string will return a list containing all entries.
