Provisioning Classes of Service
Classes of service are collections of default values, stored in one central location, which apply to all users who are assigned to that class. This grouping lets you change user settings over a large number of users at once and saves having to do single management commands for each user. Users that are not assigned a class of service are given the default class of service.
The Class of Service view is the starting point for listing, creating, and managing the classes of service. A list of applications appears below the Class of Service option in the tree view when you click it. Select the application to display the class of service settings for that application. You can then use either the Display Class of Service feature or the Search for Class of Service feature to view a list of the different classes.
Note You can create and use classes of service with FS for MS UI, SMLS, CS, IFS, but you can configure only SMLS classes of service through AC.
